Everything Your System Needs

Every component is selected for your specific property. Here's what a typical residential system includes — yours may vary.

Control panel
The brain of your system. Receives signals from every sensor and communicates with the monitoring center.
Keypad
Backlit touchscreen keypads for easy arming and disarming. Place one at every entry point.
Door & window contacts
Wireless sensors on every entry point. Alarm triggers instantly if a door or window is opened while armed.
Motion detectors
PIR motion sensors for interior coverage. Pet-immune options available so your dog doesn't trigger the alarm.
Glassbreak detector
Detects the acoustic frequency of breaking glass — ideal for rooms with large windows or sliding doors.
Siren & strobe
Loud indoor siren and exterior strobe light to deter intruders and alert neighbors.
Panic transmitter
Wireless panic button you can press anywhere in the home to trigger a silent or audible emergency alert.
Mobile app access
Arm, disarm, and check your system status from anywhere using your smartphone. Real-time alerts sent directly to you.

Answers Before You Call
Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +
We offer flexible monitoring agreements. We'll explain all options clearly before you sign anything — no surprises, no fine print traps. Ask us about this during your free estimate.
How long does installation take? +
Most residential systems are fully installed in a single day. Larger commercial systems may take two days. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start so you can plan accordingly.
Will it work if the power goes out? +
Yes. Every system includes a battery backup that keeps your alarm running during a power outage — typically for 4 to 8 hours depending on the system. Your monitoring stays active the entire time.
What happens when the alarm goes off? +
Our 24/7 monitoring center receives the signal within seconds. They attempt to verify the alarm with you first. If they can't reach you or confirm it's a false alarm, they dispatch your local police, fire, or EMS immediately.
Can I take the system with me if I move? +
In most cases, yes. Wireless systems are designed to be relocated. We can help you disconnect and reinstall at your new property. We'll discuss this option if it's relevant to your situation.
Do you service existing systems from other companies? +
Often yes, especially if you have a Honeywell system. Give us a call and tell us what you have — we'll let you know if we can take it over or upgrade it rather than starting from scratch.
Is there a showroom where I can see the equipment? +
Yes — we have a showroom at 5531 S. Ridgewood Ave, Suite 4 in Port Orange. You can see the keypads, sensors, and cameras in person before you buy anything. Call ahead and we'll make sure someone is available to walk you through it.
